Perfect afternoon pick me up of Eggnog Affogato. I had eggnog that was about to go bad and thus, had to make ice cream. Eggnog Ice Cream has to be the simplest ice cream to make. Ever. It’s basically a custard so I added some booze (because it is the holidays) and churned it right up. It’s already even cold. Easier tun pie. Because pie is actually hard to make.

Ingredients
- 1 litre eggnog
- 2 tbsp bourbon, spice rum, or liquor of your choice
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a bowl. Churn according to your ice cream makers instructions.
- Place in a freezer-proof bowl and allow to chill for at least 1 hour.
