Ingredients

  • 2 tsp OmegaSea Lemony Lemon
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple (if you are using fresh pineapple 1-2 cups of ice will need to be added)
  • 2 cups spinach leaves
  • 1 banana, peeled

Instructions

  1. Place OmegaSea Lemony Lemon, pineapple, spinach, and banana in a blender. Add 1/2-1 cup cold water and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
