A glammed up and delicious Chocolate Covered Strawberries recipe - the prettiest finished product!
Melt chocolate candy melts in individual bowls in microwave for 1 minute and then in 2o second intervals until melted when stirred.
Dip one strawberry 3/4 of the way into the melted chocolate (I alternate between the 2 types) and add as many or as little sprinkles** as desired.
Place dipped strawberries on a baking sheet or a wire rack and place in fridge for 20-30 minutes or until chocolate has set.
Enjoy chocolate dipped strawberries within 10-12 hours.
* I used these Wilton Sprinkles on my strawberries. I found the gold and shiny white sprinkles gave enough glam and made the dish feel extra special.
** I pinched the sprinkled between my fingers and then lightly sprinkled them on. I found if I dipped the strawberries into the sprinkles after the chocolate, the chocolate could get lumpy.
