  • 1.5 litres white wine such as an off-dry riesling
  • 1/2 cup elderflower liquor or other floral liquor
  • 2 cups sliced ripe peaches
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • mint leaves for garnish


  1. Mix all ingredients in a large jug, chill and let sit for a few hours or overnight.

  2. Serve with lots of ice and mint as garnish.
