EASY 4-Ingredient Ham is perfect for any celebration and is so hands off, it could even be made for Sunday Supper with leftovers to get you through the week!
Preheat oven to 400° F. Line a baking tray or roasting pan with parchment paper or foil and place ham on top. Using a sharpe knife, cut into ham about 1/4" (no need to be exact) in a criss-cross pattern, spacing about 10 cm between lines.
In a small bowl whisk together mustard, white wine (or lemon juice), and olive oil. Pour mixture over ham, covering skin.
Bake for 35-40 minutes.
