EASY 4-Ingredient Ham is perfect for any celebration and is so hands off, it could even be made for Sunday Supper with leftovers to get you through the week!

Ingredients

  • 3-4 lbs (1.3-1.8 kilograms) smoked ham (old fashioned, boneless)
  • 2 tbsp grainy mustard
  • 2 tbsp white wine (or lemon juice)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F. Line a baking tray or roasting pan with parchment paper or foil and place ham on top. Using a sharpe knife, cut into ham about 1/4" (no need to be exact) in a criss-cross pattern, spacing about 10 cm between lines. 

  2. In a small bowl whisk together mustard, white wine (or lemon juice), and olive oil. Pour mixture over ham, covering skin.

  3. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
