
A true dump and go Instant Pot Chicken and Rice recipe with delicious Greek flavours.
Add chicken, rice, chicken broth, garlic, oregano, lemon juice and zest, and salt to Instant Pot*.
Place lid on Instant Pot with the steam release handle set to sealing and cook at HIGH pressure for 4 minutes.
Allow Instant Pot to naturally release (wait for float valve to decompress naturally), carefully open lid and fluff rice.
Top with more lemon juice, zest and salt if desired.
