
Easy and quick delicious sustainable cod recipe with white wine and butter plus some parsley and lemon flavours.
Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and melt butter.
Add shallots (or garlic) and cook for 1-2 minutes or until shallots have softened. Add white wine and cook until reduced by about half, about 2-3 minutes.
Add cod filets and cook, flipping once, for about 5-7 minutes - until cod is flaky and cooked through.
Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with parsley.
