Ingredients

  • 400 grams mini marshmallows* equals, 1 bag
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 300 grams butterscotch chips equals, 1 bag
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter equals, 1/2 of a stick of butter

Instructions

  1. In a small sauce pan melt butter with peanut butter, stirring until smooth.

  2. Remove from heat and add butterscotch chips, stirring until completely melted.

  3. Place marshmallows in a large bowl and add butterscotch mixture. Fold in marshmallows until butterscotch mixture fully coats the marshmallows.

  4. Press firmly into a 9 x 13 dish lined with parchment paper. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 30 minutes (overnight is best).

* Both all white or rainbow mini marshmallows work well here.
