Ingredients

  • 2 plums halved and pit removed
  • 1 cup strawberries hulled
  • 1 cup cherries pit removed (frozen is fine)
  • 1 serving protein powder
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until desired consistency is reached.
