Tropical Popsicles are a great way to ease babies into new flavours and help numb those sore gums during teething. Adored by kids and adults alike around here.
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Place chopped pineapple, peach, and pear on a foil lined baking tray. Place tray in preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until fruit has softened.
Remove tray from oven and let cool slightly.
Blend fruit in a a blender until smooth. Pour liquid into popsicle moulds and freeze overnight (or at least 8 hours).
Save remaining purée for other use*.
* *I usually mix the leftover purée with yogurt for the babies dessert, but it would also be a great replacement to apple sauce in muffins or a nice snack on it’s own too.
