Ingredients

  • 2 oz dry London gin
  • 1 oz lime juice or lime cordial
  • 1 oz simple syrup*
  • 1 slice lime
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds optional

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously until cold, place in a glass packed with crushed or cubed ice.

  2. Sip.

  3. Repeat.

Recipe Notes

* Simple syrup is a simple combination of equal parts sugar and water. Mix together 2 tbsp of water and 2 tbsp of regular granulated sugar. Zap in the microwave until sugar is dissolved or place in a small sauce pan on the stove top and cook, while stirring, until sugar is dissolved. Allow to cool. Will keep in fridge for up a about a month.
