Easy Thanksgiving recipe alert! This Sheet Pan Turkey and Little Potatoes is perfect for a one pan meal that is still completely festive and delicious.
Preheat oven to 425° F.
Place turkey on a large rimmed baking sheet (around 9" x 13" will work). Drizzle with 1 tbsp of the olive oil and sprinkle with half the salt and half the pepper. Place in oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Toss Creamer potatoes, brussels sprouts, rosemary, garlic, remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil, and remaining salt and pepper together. Add to turkey on baking sheet and return to oven, cooking for 20-25 more minutes or until turkey is cooked through (reaches 165°F) and vegetables are cooked, browned and starting to crisp up.
Serve immediately.
