Back to School Dinners

2015-09-06 by Samantha

Need a quick round up of healthy dinners to inspire more family meals? Check out these Back to School Dinners in one convenient meal plan!

Head on over to Food Bloggers of Canada for my round up of fresh, simple, and nutritious meals everyone in the family will enjoy.

It’s got some of my favourite dinners and meals that friends and family have made regularly since I’ve posted them.

Other family meals we love include:

  • Hoisin Cabbage and Mushroom Wraps – if there’s a way to get cabbage and mushrooms into a kid, its with hoisin sauce.
  • Enchilada Quinoa Casserole – we’d be hard-pressed to find someone who doesn’t love enchilada flavours and there’s loads of fresh veggies for kids ot pick and choose from on top!
  • Lamb Salad Flatbread – lamb was probably the easiest meat to get my kids onboard with. I think because it’s often a bit fattier and fuller flavoured. Either way, it’s paired here with a super quick flatbread and a savoury yogurt sauce we cannot get enough of.
