Squeezing More Juice Out of Life

Back-to-school season is in fully swing and nothing makes my momma heart more full than knowing my kids are getting all their essential vitamins and minerals (hello first year of school colds!). Since I have 3 kids, all 3 and under, my life is high paced and regularly leaves me feeling as though I could be offering more sources of fruits and vegetables to myself and my kids. We never buy juice, but now that Happy Planet is offering Vitamin C packed Fruit + Veg Juice in 3 kid-friendly flavours I have a new fallback to squeeze more juice – and goodness out of life.

Happy Planet Daily Squeeze | My Kitchen Love

Happy Planet’s new line of fresh, all natural Daily Squeeze Fruit + Veg Juices deliver the perfect balance of delicious taste and more goodness; 3 servings of fruit and vegetables per 250mL, less sugar and calories than other national fresh fruit + vegetable juices,made with only fresh, premium all natural ingredients.
They’re available in three unique 900mL flavours designed to delight consumers’ taste buds and nourish their bodies….every day;
  • Green Apple, Kiwi, Kale and Spinach (our favourite!),
  • Blackcurrant, Beets and Purple Carrot,
  • Mango, Carrot and Orange.

These juices were a lifesaver for us. I was at the hospital with one of my twins and my husband, who can’t cook at all, was at home with our other two children for a night and a couple of full days. Daily Squeeze Juice provided a guarantee that our 2 children at home were getting their daily allotment of Vitamin C from these juices if they weren’t getting all their regular fruits and veg. Not to mention how put off they were in not having mommy around. I was SO happy that the juices were in the house and that our kids love them. I also snuck a Green one to the hospital for me to drink while being there for one of our girls. She’s going to be just fine – some respiratory concerns that needed some medical help to get her back home with us.

Happy Planet Daily Squeeze | My Kitchen Love

All 3 Daily Squeeze Fruit + Veg Juices can now be found at most grocery stores and are made here in BC by a local trusted Canadian company …. the fact that there’s no additives, sugar, or colourings make it a product I can get behind.

Enjoy!

    I love the photos! I’ll have to give these a try. Some days, I don’t feel like pulling out my juicer so these would be really convenient.

    Oh Samantha. I’m the same way – there isn’t a lot of juice brought into this house. But Happy Planet are just so clean. When I DO want a juice (ie when I’m on the go and need some nutrition and healthy sugars), it’s always theirs I reach for. That Blackcurrant, Beets and Purple Carrot one sound amazing!!

      They’re all super tasty! And it’s great that you support a local company – I love that these fruit + veg juice have less calories and less natural sugars by incorporating more veg into them.

    The juice is amazing… the kids are adorable… the post is wonderful. We’re big fans of Happy Planet around here too. We so rarely buy juice (though I’m literally in the process of canning 7 liters of homemade pear juice right now), but when we do it’s awesome to be able to go local and to get a delicious (and veggie-filled) product!

      I feel as though you have a seasonal pear cocktail recipe that needs to be resolved πŸ˜‰ Thanks for your kind words Sean! Good luck with the rest of your canning!

    Aww! Your little ones are so beautiful! And the juice looks really delish. It’s wonderful that you’re introducing them to whole foods at this age — I think that’s one of the best gifts you can give a child. πŸ™‚ And I love the way you’ve styled the juices! Great post, Samantha!
